Lettings Fees

Commission

Full management fee: 12% + VAT of the rent payable for the initial term. 11% + VAT of the rent payable for any renewals.
Tenant finding and rent collection fee: 8% +VAT of the rent payable for the initial term. 7% + VAT of the rent payable for any renewals.
Let only fee: 7% + VAT of the rent payable for the initial term. 5% + VAT for any renewals.

Set up charges

Comprehensive tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks in line with the Immigration Act 2014 and the Immigration Act 2016 and the provision of all relevant legal prescribed information and documentation: £30 + VAT per prospective tenant.
Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement: £150 +VAT
Check in and schedule of condition: From £125 + VAT to £400 + VAT
Check out report: From £125 + VAT to £400 + VAT
Aborted Tenancy: £150 + VAT
