James Weston
Founder
James began his career in Estate Agency in the early 2000’s in Mayfair working for one of the biggest and best the best-known agencies. He went on to work in a boutique agency in Marylebone covering high end properties in W1 before moving to John D Wood in in South Kensington where James’s then MD instilled in him to ‘always act in a client’s best interest even above those of the company’s’. A code of conduct he maintains today. Subsequently, over the next 12 years James opened and managed offices in Wandsworth for both John D Wood and Hampton’s International. He involved himself in the local community, organising and fundraising for the Christmas Lights and sponsoring local schools, street parties and sports clubs, earning himself the nickname “Mr Earlsfield.”

With 20 years of experience and close to a thousand successful transactions I am well-prepared for any challenge and have worked in diverse market conditions.”
James decided he wanted to set up his own estate agency in 2022 and with 3 young boys it made sense to return home to Somerset and enjoy the space and quality of life on offer.
By establishing GP Weston he can do things the way he believes they should be done and take full advantage of the latest technology, (which most of the big agents don’t use due to their vast databases making them unable to adapt without huge upheaval). With no baggage, GP Weston can adapt and adopt to anything that improves the process for their clients. It is an often-used catchphrase, but one James truly lives by: modern service and ideas with traditional values.
Outside of work most of James’ time is spent playing with and looking after his three boys or working on his latest project, a large, ram shackled house in need of complete renovation. When time permits, he is a keen golf & tennis player.

Jessica Grant Peterkin
Founder
With experience spanning over two decades, Jessica has worked with HNW clients, family offices, developers and individuals buying and selling properties in both the commercial and residential property markets.
Jessica worked for some of the leading independent agencies in Prime Central London predominately covering RBKC and Mayfair and brings her expertise to her West Country clients.
Jessica believes in nurturing long lasting relationships through attentive and personal service, regular communication and impartial advice.

Having grown up in Dorset Jessica knows the local area well. Outside of work, she can usually be found on the side line of one of the many excellent local sports clubs, supporting her children across a range of passions, enjoying the wonderful culinary offerings available within the community or embracing the spectacular Jurassic Coastline armed with dogs and a paddle board.

He was honest but ambitious about what was feasible, using years of expertise and recent market data to determine a realistic valuation. He then conducted all the viewings himself. As small problems with the sale arose (as they do in all property sales), James committed to working with us to resolve quickly. He made himself readily available through the entire process; having a responsive single point of contact, at the end of the phone or a WhatsApp, really sets him apart from other agents.
