Lettings Fees

Commission

  • Full management fee: 12% + VAT of  the rent payable for the initial term. 11% + VAT  of the rent payable for any renewals.
  • Tenant finding and rent collection fee: 8% +VAT of the rent payable for the initial term. 7% + VAT of the rent payable for any renewals.
  • Let only fee: 7% + VAT of the rent payable for the initial term. 5% + VAT for any renewals.

 

Set up charges

  • Comprehensive tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks in line with the Immigration Act 2014 and the Immigration Act 2016 and the provision of all relevant legal prescribed information and documentation: £30 + VAT per prospective tenant.
  • Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement: £150 +VAT
  • Check in and schedule of condition: From £125 + VAT to £400 + VAT
  • Check out report: From £125 + VAT to £400 + VAT
  • Aborted Tenancy: £150 + VAT
